Brian & Elsy’s Love Story Comes Full Circle

Their story started in October 2020 with that memorable Providence rooftop date. Five hours flew by as they talked about faith, family, and dreams. Even during COVID restrictions, love found a way.

After a year and a half of long-distance dating between Rhode Island and Massachusetts, they made a bold move. They packed up their lives and relocated to Greenville together. Soon after, they bought their first home.

Brian’s proposal was straight out of a romance novel. He filled their bedroom with red rose petals arranged in a heart shape, surrounded by flickering candles. When Elsy walked in, he was waiting with the ring and a promise to build their future together.

Their Wedding Day Timeline

Morning Preparation (44 Langley Road) The day started early at their reception venue, where both Brian and Elsy got ready. The girls wore matching robes while perfecting their hair and makeup. Elsy’s sister Sonia, her maid of honor, helped her into her David’s Bridal gown.

The guys kept things relaxed, sharing jokes as they were waiting to leave for the Church.

Ceremony at Prince of Peace Catholic Church Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Taylors provided the perfect sacred setting. The couple chose this beautiful church for their ceremony, staying true to their Catholic faith.

Elsy walked down the aisle escorted by her brother Horacio, since their father had passed away. Brian waited at the altar with his best man Andrew, both men fighting back happy tears.

After they were pronounced husband and wife, they participated in the traditional laso ceremony, a beautiful Hispanic tradition where family members place a rope or cord around the couple, symbolizing their union.

Cocktail Hour at Rose Spring Farm Guests made their way back to Rose Spring Farm for cocktail hour by the lake. The sage green and white color palette looked stunning against the farm’s natural backdrop.

Tracy Finley’s floral arrangements were perfect. White flowers from the church ceremony gave way to a more colorful mix at the venue — pinks, burgundies, and light orange blooms that felt warm and welcoming.

Reception Begins DJ Rene from iPartyology announced the newlyweds' grand entrance. Their first dance happened right on schedule, with 42 of their closest family and friends cheering them on.
