Lester and Annalise’s Gassaway Mansion wedding was the perfect blend of Southern charm, summer romance, and joyful celebration. As a Greenville wedding photographer, I loved capturing every moment at one of South Carolina’s most iconic wedding venues.
The day began at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Greenville, where Annalise and her bridesmaids got ready in matching robes and popped champagne. Her maid of honor, Cat, kept the energy joyful and relaxed while everyone prepped for the big day. Meanwhile, Lester and his guys got ready at the mansion and shared a few laughs before things kicked off.
The ceremony started at 4:00 PM at Gassaway Mansion (106 Dupont Dr, Greenville, SC 29 607). With a dusty blue and white color palette the decor was timeless and elegant. A surprise summer storm rolled in just right after the ceremony, but thanks to a cozy tent setup, everything went on smoothly—adding a little magic to the moment. After the unity candle ritual and their vows, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing. The reception was full of heart—from sweet desserts by Holly’s Cakes to emotional toasts and a packed dance floor. Annalise changed into a second dress before the fun really took off.
